Littelfuse Product Discontinuation
Littelfuse has this week announced the termination of their SiC MOSFET LSIC1MO170E1000. The new replacement part will be LSIC1MO170E0750 which started production on 1st January 2021. It’s function is very similar to obsoleted part LSIC1MO170E1000.
Qualification details and samples for LSIC1MO170E0750 are available upon request.
