Robust high power semiconductor devices

High power semiconductors are capable of handling extremely high electrical currents, voltages and frequencies. They perform the same as tasks as ordinary semiconductors but on a much larger scale. These high-performance semiconductor devices are more robust, reliable and perform better under harsh environments. High power semiconductors are typically used in battery chargers, electrical motor control, induction heating, uninterruptible power supplies and renewable energy applications.
