We’ve been designing and manufacturing power semiconductor assemblies for twenty years, specialising in the design of rectifiers, regulators, inverters, selenium suppressors and single phase, three phase and hex-phase assemblies.
We utilise the experience of our mechanical, electrical and power electronics engineering experts to test, design and deliver the best technology in our products.
At GD Rectifiers, we offer a large range of standard off-the-shelf power assemblies, we design and manufacture 24 topologies available from three configurations. All configurations of high power single-phase, three-phase and hex-phase diode and thyristor rectifier assemblies from 5kW up to 5WM are designed and manufactured in house, incorporating bespoke clamping systems and thermal management solutions.
