Placing a large order on one or more components? Call our sales team today to discuss your requirements be sure to tell us your target pricing, delivery requirements and the end application. Our sales team will negotiate with our manufacturers on your behalf to secure the best possible pricing on your order.

Call-off Orders

The flexible way to adapt to your ever changing supply chain. We provide fixed pricing on stock over an agreed period of time and place one large order, stocking your components on our shelves at our factory in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. We will wait for you to place an order, calling off your items within the agreed period, which is usually 12 months. You won’t be invoiced for the goods until they leave our factory in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. A great solution for buyers that require order flexibility whilst securing the best price.

Scheduled Orders

Know your annual usage requirements? We provide fixed pricing on the components you need and work to your delivery schedule over a 12-month period. We will invoice you only when we deliver your goods and a final invoice will be sent with the balance of any remaining stock typically at the 12-month period (if not taken before). This is a firm favourite amongst customers that need to spread the project cost throughout the year.

An extension to your business

Our sales team will also:

  • Cross reference other manufacturer or competitor part numbers
  • Suggest product alternatives based on cost and performance
  • Schedule your product requirements and ensure they are delivered on time
  • Hold quotes for 30 days and contract pricing for up 6 months in some cases
  • Schedule call-off and scheduled orders for you so you have the stock on the shelf, ready and waiting to go
