Dynex’s 3.3kV 1500A IGBT Module
Introducing Dynex’s latest low switching loss Single Switch E Package 3.3kV 1500A IGBT Module
Dynex Semiconductor announces the newest addition to their 3.3Kv low switching loss IGBT range, DIM1500ESM33-TF00.
The module is designed with soft punch through technology and high current density enhanced DMOS. The high-performance device benefits from a wide reverse bias safe operating area (RBSOA) plus 10μs short circuit withstand. The new module also has a chip junction temperature that works reliably within an operating range from -40°C to a maximum of 150°C.
