The new SKiM 63/93 modules feature state-of-the-art chip and packaging technologies with a wide range of applicable IGBT and Diode chip technologies. Silicon and silicon carbide-based solutions that are tailor made for challenging automotive and industrial applications as well as high frequency DC/DC power conversion applications.

Optional sintering and AlCu bonding provide unprecedented power cycling capability for longer module lifetime in demanding applications.

Semikron’s modules offer 20% lower thermal resistance thanks to their baseplate-less design coupled with new high-performance thermal interface materials.
