The SKRa 86/18 avalanche diode is an anode to stud device suitable for DC power supplies, field coil supply for DC motors and series connections for high voltage applications.
- Avalanche type reverse characteristic up to 2000V
- Hermetic metal case with glass insulator
- Threaded stud ISO M8 – or 1/4″ 28 UNF 2A
- SKN: anode to stud and SKR: cathode to stud
