SEMIKRON's Power Semiconductors, Discretes and Stacks Product Catalogue 2019

Semikron has released their 2019 product catalogue for Power Semiconductors, Discretes and Stacks, featuring their range of thyristors, leaded diodes, stud diodes, capsule diodes, single phase bridge rectifiers, controlled single phase bridge rectifiers, three-phase bridge rectifiers, heatsinks, clamps and power electronic stacks.

Alongside it’s extensive product portfolio, this year’s catalogue features calculating rectifier circuits, the thermal calculation method and mount procedures for stud screw fit devices.
