Ocram’s high voltage diodes are hermetically sealed in ceramic tubes and are suitable for solder or screw connections. They are available in 2.5KV/180KV and 0.25A/30A and can be mounted in air or oil and have avalanche characteristics.

The high voltage diodes are typically used in the following applications: high voltage power supplies, electrostatic precipitators, cable test equipment, x-ray equipment, lasers and diagnostic medical equipment.
