IXYS IC’s offer a range of optically isolate power relays designed to switch power reliably to high current loads under the control of milliamp-level DC signals. The range has blocking voltages up to 1000Vp, on-resistance as low as 0.05Ohms, on/off times form 1ms to 25ms and offers MOSFET-based AC/DC and DC-only power relays. The available load current is up to 22.8Adc (with 5°C/W heat sink) and 2500Vrms to 5000Vrms isolation from input to output and to DCB substrate.
