New IXYS MCMA140P1600TA-NI Phase-leg Thyristor Module

Littelfuse announces the new IXYS 1600V thyristor module in phase-leg configuration with a current rating of 140A in the TO-240 package. The TO-240 package is a DCB-based module with optimised thermal performance enabling high power density.
The high reliability and long-term stability are achieved by rugged chip designs and assembly technologies.
The new phase-leg thyristor module is ideal for AC motor soft-starters and DC motor controls.
