Introducing the New IXYS Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode

The latest IXYS common anode fast recovery epitaxial diode from Littelfuse provides a 600V solution with a current rating of 95A in a TO-240AA package. The TO-240AA package is a DCB-based module with the highest thermal behaviour and power density performance. Electronics designers can achieve the highest field reliability and long-term current stability thanks to its rugged chip design.

The HiPerFRED (High-Performance Fast recovery Epitaxial Diode) chips provide high performance for dynamic switching, low EMC noise and low losses. Typical applications include antiparallel diodes for high-frequency switching devices, uninterruptible power supplies, and freewheeling diodes in converters and motor control circuits.
