 IXYS Product Discontinuation Notice: IXYS announces the discontinuation of one of it’s MOSFET H-Bridge Modules

IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology has this week announced the discontinuation of one of it’s MOSFET H-Bridge Modules, VKM60-01P1 due to low demand.

 

Last Time Order Date

All last time buy orders must be placed by 31st August 2021

 

Last Time Delivery Date

Shipments for this part must be taken by 31st December 2021
