Types of Power Assemblies

Single Phase Assemblies

GD Rectifiers offer a complete a range of Single Phase Rectifier Assemblies built using combinations of power semiconductors (thyristors, diodes or modules) mounted on to heat sinks and connected as single phase bridges. In addition to their standard range of rectifier assemblies they also manufacture custom-made assemblies using power semiconductors from IXYS, IXYS UK Westcode and SEMIKRON.

The topologies depicted in our datasheet are generally the most popular, however others can be supported if required.

Three Phase Assemblies
