Littelfuse Product Discontinuation Notice: Littelfuse announces the discontinuation of it’s SiC Diode LSIC2SD120D20
Littelfuse has this week announced the discontinuation of their SiC diode LSIC2SD120D20 with immediate effect.
There is no last time buy possibility for the LSIC2SD120D20, it’s replacement part, LSIC2SD120D20A is already available to order.
The LSIC2SD120D20A is identical in the function to the obsoleted part whilst providing enhanced reliability. A qualification report is available on request.
