IXYS announces the discontinuation of six semiconductor components
IXYS (now part of Littelfuse) has recently announced the discontinuation of several Convert Brake Inverter (CBI) and Six Pack IGBT Modules.
As well as focusing on launching new devices to market, IXYS are continuously measuring the success and demand of all of their semiconductor components, reviewing their product portfolio and looking to cease production of those devices that are no longer popular. This allows extra production time to plan and manufacture their best performing and more demanded semiconductor components.
GD Rectifiers is an authorised distributor for IXYS, IXYS Integrated Circuits, Westcode and Littelfuse, stocking their complete ranges of circuit protection devices and semiconductor components.
