The DIM3600ESM17-PT500 is a single switch trench IGBT module at 3600A is one of the latest additions to the Dynex 1.7kV IGBT range.
The Dynex module has a chip junction temperature that works reliably within an operating range from -40°C to a maximum of 150°C.
The new DIM3600ESM17-PT500 offers a number of benefits for end-user applications including: reduced system cost, improved thermal characteristics, maximised system efficiency and reliable operation in sever environments.

Applications
