Three Phase Assemblies

Tailor made to suit your application

Three-phase power assemblies are usually a three-wire ac power circuit with each phase AC signal 120 electrical degrees apart.

At GD Rectifiers we offer a full range of three phase rectifier assemblies that are built with several combinations of power semiconductors including thyristors, diodes and modules connected as three phase bridges mounted onto heat sinks. As well as our standard range of rectifiers, we can also manufacture customer specific assemblies using power semiconductors provided by IXYS, IXYS UK Westcode, Semikron or Dynex.

We offer a broad range of topologies including: three phase diode bridges (B6U), three phase fully controlled bridges (B6C), three phase half controlled bridges (B6HA, B6HAF, B6HK, B6HKF), three phase fully controlled voltage regulators (W3C), three phase half controlled voltage regulators (W3H), star controlled rectifiers (M3CK), star uncontrolled rectifiers (M3UK), and three phase AC motor soft starters and energy savers (W3C-SS).
