  • New higher operating temperatures in the new SIMBus A package
  • New Megawatt Press-pack IGBT
  • Extended the energy efficiency of the XPT IGBT product range
  • Added the Zilog to the IXYS family
  • Reduced size and weight for the VUO 3 phase rectifier family
  • Increased the rectifier modules to 3400V
  • Release of the GigaMOS power MOSFETs.
  • Release of higher power switched power rectification modules.
  • 900V fast polar series power MOSFETs
  • LED Driver ICs for photo flash applications.
  • First High Current, 60V Solid State Relay
