Littelfuse announces IXYS high voltage BiOMOSFET product discontinuation notice for IXBF40N160
IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology has announced this month the discontinuation of High Voltage BiOMOSFET IXBF40N160 due to low demand. These products are already not recommended for new designs and are currently not in high demand, as they are being substituted by the newer generations of discrete IGBT products.

In Littelfuse’s constant efforts to improve their service to customers and make their supply chain more agile and lean they have decided to discontinue the IXYS IXBF40N160 (1.6kV 40A BiMOSFET in i4 pack).
Last Time Buy Date: All last time buy orders must be placed by 29th February 2024
Last Delivery Date: Shipments for this part must be taken by 30th June 2024
