Introducing Meth Group’s product range of industry-leading single-phase and three-phase transformers

Meth Kft is based in Hungary and is dedicated to mass production of single-phase and small three-phase transformers, while Meth Srl is based in Italy and specialises in custom transformers and three-phase transformers up to 1600kVA.

Meth Kft

Meth Kft specialises in manufacturing single-phase electric transformers from 30VA-5000VA designed for industrial and automation applications.

Meth Kft’s single-phase transformers offer high quality and performance at competitive prices. All Meth Kft products are designed using high technology calculation programs like RALE for an accurate evaluation of transformers electrical and technical features, such as: over-temperature, losses, performance, rigidity, insulation, induced voltage and weight.

The entire manufacturing process or Meth Kft’s products is carried out internally through a computerised production cycle. All Meth Kft transformer testing is also carried out internally and measures no-load losses, load losses, resistance, rigidity and insulation measurement and inrush current. Test results are stored in the company’s database and are available on request.

Meth Srl

Meth Srl specialises in manufacturing single-phase electric transformers from 3.2VA-80kVA and three-phase transformers from 100VA-1000kVA.

Meth Srl’s extensive range of single-phase and three-phase transformers bear the European or North American Approvals such as UL, KEMA and ENEC and Middle East Approvals such as CoC – ex SASO.

Meth Srl’s entire manufacturing process is carried out internally, including: preliminary controls, automatic winding for small transformers and winding on machine for flat cable, copper or aluminium strip for bigger transformers, core-assembly and soaking or resin. At the end of production all transformers are tested internally with instruments according to ISO specifications and regularly calibrated in SIT centres.
