SKN 70/12 Stud Diode 1200V, 72A
The SKN 70/12 is a rectifier diode with reverse voltages up to 1200V. It is suitable for all-purpose power rectifier diodes, cooling via heatsinks, non-controllable and half-controllable rectifier and free-wheeling diodes applications.

Product Details
The SKN 70/12 stud diode features a screw type mounting and M8 fastening thread with reverse voltages up to 1200V and up to 1600V for the SKN 70 series.
The SKN 70 series offers a broad range of discrete stud screw fit diodes for low to high power applications. Semikron’s stud screw fit diodes are available in voltage classes from 200V to 5000V with current ratings from 5A to 600A.
