MOSFET Modules
MOSFET modules provide low current and low withstanding voltage in power semiconductor devices that require high-speed switching, voltage driving and low loss. We stock MOSFET modules from IXYS and Semikron, available in full bridge or single switch configurations.
Semikron MOSFET Modules
Semikron manufacture a range of MOSFET modules available in two packages. These are usually used to reduce the amount of components required in any particular circuit where discrete components are used. The different types of packages include: Semitrans and Semitop.
The Semitrans package house single switch MOSFET modules and the Semitop packages house 6-pack, H-bridge and half bridge circuits. The MOSFET modules are available in a voltage range of 55-600V and current ratings of 40-290A and are designed specifically for high speed switching, offering low switching losses.
Semitrans
The Semitrans packages are available between 130 to 200A with voltages between 100 to 200V in a single switch configuration.
Semitop
The Semitop packages are available between 80 to 290A with voltages between 55 to 100V in 6-pack, H-bridge and half bridge configurations.
