GD Rectifiers are pleased to announce today that they will be supplying the IXYS RF Power product range to Europe as well as the UK.

The European extension to the RF Power range was a natural progression for GD Rectifiers who have been a distributor for both IXYS and IXYS UK Westcode for the past 22 years. With IXYS’ wide range of semiconductor components paired with GD Rectifiers’ technical expertise and sales acumen, the partnership is set to be a great success.

IXYS RF Power Modules combine state-of-the-art CMOS gate driver ICs and power RF MOSFETs in single devices to enable more compact and efficient designs along with a reduced parts count. The modules are packaged in IXYS RF’s low-inductance RF package incorporating layout techniques to minimise stray lead inductances for optimum switching performance in a surface-mountable device.
