The VHF28-08IO5 is a half controlled single phase rectifier bridge with a freewheeling diode and has a voltage of 800V and a current of 32A. The half controlled single phase rectifier bridge offers improved thermal behaviour, has a low forward voltage drop and is UL registered E72873.

Product Details
The VHF28-08IO5 is easy to mount with two screws, offers improved temperature and power cycling and provides space and weight savings.
Bridge rectifiers are popular devices and are known for converting an Alternating Current (AC) input into Direct Current a (DC) output. Diode bridges feature an arrangement of four diodes in a bridge circuit configuration, providing the same polarity of output for either polarity of input.
