The SKiiP 24AC126V1 IGBT module features fast trench IGBTs, robust and soft freewheeling diodes in CAL technology and highly reliable spring contacts for electrical connections.

SKiiP IGBT modules are Intelligent power modules (IPM) for increased reliability, integration and power density.
SEMIKRON offers IGBT modules in SEMITRANS, SEMiX, SKiM, MiniSKiiP and SEMITOP packages in various topologies, current ratings and voltage ratings. From 4A up to 1400A, with voltage classes from 600V up to 1700V, the IGBT modules are used in a variety of applications. They feature key technologies such as sintering and spring or press-fit contacts for quick and easy assembly.
