The MCC500-18IO1 thyristor diode module offers full pressure contact construction for maximum reliability and performance at rated current.

This range is available in 9 standard configurations and are available as a dual thyristor, dual diode or thyristor/diode module option. Single diode/single thyristor options are also available.
The MCC500-18IO1 is now obsolete and is not recommended for new designs.
