IXYS’ keyed gate cathode twin plugs are spacers to lift MCC terminals to the height of MCC devices. MCC modules require 2 leads (both ZY180L for pin pair 4/5 and ZY180R for pin pair 6/7). MCD/MCO modules only require one lead (ZY180L for pin pair 4/5).
