We hold sufficient stock of material onsite and stock over 50 heatsink profiles on our shelves. At GD Rectifiers, we encourage customers to come and visit our heatsink facility to understand our capabilities, expertise and how we work.

We make it easy for our customers to identify the heatsink profiles we carry in stock, the profiles in stock start with ‘PS’ and those profiles not in stock start with numbers.

GD Rectifiers can modify an existing heatsink profile in stock to meet customer requirements, this is a quick and cost-effective way of ordering heatsink prototypes as opposed to ordering in our minimum order value of aluminium.

Aluminium heatsinks are used to tackle the heat problems generated in semiconductor devices. The primary purpose of using this heatsink is to dissipate the heat that helps to maintain the heated surface in the electronic parts.

Engineers can use heatsink made of aluminium metal because it likely to increase air in the surface area to dissipate the generated heat. This process has an ability to cool the surface area with the natural air or forced air convection by using a fan.
