GDT180/16 Phase Control Thyristor 1600V, 110A
The GDT180/16 is a phase control stud type thyristor designed for DC motor controls, controlled DC power supplies and AC controllers.
- Hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator (glass-metal seal over 1200V)
- International standard package TO-209AC (TO-94)
- Compression Bonded Encapsulation for heavy duty operations such as severe thermal cycling
- Stud type phase control thyristor rated 1600V
- Improved temperature and power cycling
The GDT180/16 stud type thyristor is available with or without leads and sleeving. The nuts and washers are supplied loose.
