DSS2X61-01A Schottky Diode 100V, 2x60A
The DSS2X61-01A schottky diode features extremely low switching losses, high reliability circuit operation and low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits. This schottky low leakage series offers various packages with improved leakage currents and breakdown voltages up to 200V. This device is suitable for power management applications.

Product Details
DSS2X61-01A features improved thermal behaviour and an isolation voltage of 3000V in the SOT-227B minibloc package type. It features an industry standard outline and Epoxy meets UL94V-0 specifications.
