Reason for change
Following the introduction of a new line up of state-of-the-art SiC MOSFETs and diodes across various packages, and to enhance supply chain performance and better serve its customers, Littelfuse is discontinuing certain legacy SiC MOSFET and diodes from the LSIC1MO and LSIC2SD families.
