Littelfuse announces IXYS product discontinuation notice for SiC MOSFETs
IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology has announced this month the discontinuation of selected SiC MOSFETs due to the discontinuance of the production wafers and the introduction of a new technology generation.

Reason for change
Littelfuse received an End of Life (EOL) notification from it’s foundry’s partner affecting all 1200V and 1700V XPT/X2PT legacy IGBT die with very limited last time buy offering.
