Thyristors
Westcode ceased production of their N260KHx, N330KHx, N350MHx and N370MHx thyristors. Today GD Rectifiers offers a modern day direct replacement thyristor with cables including: N0646LCxxx, N0910LSxxx, N1114LSxxx and N1114LSxxx.
Fast Turn-off Thyristors
GD Rectifiers offers modern day replacements for Westcode’s obsolete P300KHx and P350KHx which can now be sourced from GD Rectifiers as P1007LS12D.

High Voltage Rectifiers
GD Rectifiers offers a vast range of replacement components for obsolete high voltage rectifiers and encapsulated rectifiers previously manufactured by Marconi, IXYS (now part of Littelfuse) and Semikron.

UGE – replaces IXYS’ high voltage rectifiers
HTZ – replaces Marconi and IXYS’ high voltage rectifiers
HSKE – replaces Semikron’s high voltage rectifiers
SKXA – replaces Semikron’s high voltage rectifiers
Obsolete Flat Based Diodes
Westcode ceased production of their SWxxHHN, SWxxHHR, SWxxKBN and SWxxKBR flat based diodes many years ago. Used by several GD Rectifiers’ customers, the company decided to re-create modern day direct replacements which can be supplied with step location washers for lead termination.
GD Rectifiers’ modern day replacements are: W0508SBxxx, W0508SBxxx, W0508RBxxx, W0438SDxxx, W0438RDxxx, W0503SDxxx, W0503RDxxx, W0628SBxxx, W0628RBxxx, W1411LCxxx, W1524LCxxx, W1748LCxxx and W2058LCxxx.
Encapsulated High Voltage Diodes
GD Rectifiers offers a vast selection of 100% hermetically sealed high voltage diodes which can be used up to 18Kv and can be mounted in oil or air.
GD Rectifiers’ modern day replacements of the SKXA and HSKE part numbers, replaces Semikron’s obsolete high voltage rectifiers.
