GD Rectifiers offers an extensive range of high voltage rectifiers
GD Rectifiers manufacture a large range of now obsolete high voltage rectifiers that were historically made by IXYS, Marconi and Semikron. They are all high voltage, low current rectifiers that are avalanche rated and suitable to absorb limited reverse voltage transients.
GD Rectifiers offer four types of high voltage rectifiers; these include:
1) Modular High Voltage Diodes – J Modules (cover the IXYS UGE range)
2) High Voltage Rectifier Modules – HTZ Range (replaces the Marconi and IXYS HTZ range)
3) High Voltage Rectifier Modules – HSKE Range (Ocram’s HSKE range)
4) High Voltage Rectifier modules – SKXA Range (replaces Semikron SKXA range)
