Dynex exhibited at this year’s LCV Show in Millbrook, Bedfordshire

Dynex showcased their latest Automotive IGBTs at this years LCV Show at the CRRC Times Electric UK Innovation Centre (TEIC) stand.

Dynex’s Automotive IGBT range

The products showcased were Dynex’s latest range of S1, S2, S3 and M1 IGBT modules. Typical applications for these modules include: electric and hybrid vehicles, motor drives and power charging equipment. The comprehensive product range features low inductive designs, low switching losses and high thermal cycling capability.

Dynex’s automotive range complies with AEC-Q101, AQG-324 and is IATF16949 qualified for higher reliability assurance.

Dynex’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Neil Sellars, provided the run down on their latest Automotive IGBT modules available in standard and customised packages, he said:
