IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology has announced the discontinuation of Fast Turn-Off Thyristors with no alternative parts provided.

Reason for change

As part of the Littelfuse IXYS’ product lifecycle-management process, the following products have been transitioned to an “end of life” status due to obsolescence of technology.
