IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology has announced this month the discontinuation of Press-Pack IGBTs incorporating 1700V and 3300V IGBT die, with no alternative parts offered.

Reason for change
Littelfuse received an End of Life (EOL) notification from it’s foundry’s partner affecting all 1700V and 3300V press-pack IGBT die with very limited last time buy offering.

Last time buy – before February 28th 2025.
Last time delivery date – when accepted and confirmed, no later than end of 2026.
Please note, Littelfuse are already anticipating bare die supply limitation during the period that will have an impact on last time buy order and quantities acceptance. Therefore, Littelfuse may not be in a position to offer a last time buy.
