IXYS Product Discontinuation Notice – AC Power Switches

IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology has announced the discontinuation of two AC power switches CPC1964B and CPC1964BX6.

Reason for change

As part of the Littelfuse IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s (ICD) product lifecycle-management process, the following products have been transitioned to an “end of life” status.

Effective date of change

Last time buy (CPC1964B) – before 31st May 2025.

Last time delivery date (CPC1964B) – when accepted and confirmed, no later than 30th June 2025.

Unfortunately, no last time buy is available for CPC1964BX6.

Last Time Buys

For product CPC1964B Littelfuse IXYS Integrated Circuits Division is offering a non-cancellable last time buy whereas acceptance of last time buy orders is subject to stock availability of finished product.

Once placed, LTB orders cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or returned. Orders might be rejected should the demand exceed stock availability at the time of the order entry. Orders for LTB quantities, must be received by 31st May 2025 and all LTB products must have shipment request dates by 30th June 2025.

The PCN number assigned to this action is PCN EIC-1146 and must be referenced in any correspondence related to the change.
