IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology has announced this month the product discontinuation notice of several SiC Schottky diodes due to low demand.
In Littelfuse’s constant efforts to improve their service to customers and make their supply chain more agile and lean they have decided to discontinue several SiC Schottky diodes and parallel diodes.
