Introducing IXYS’ latest addition to the 200V ultra junction X4-class power MOSFET IXTN500N20X4.
The latest IXTN500N20X4 is in the SOT-227B package and features a low on-state resistance and is the go-to choice for applications where minimal on-state losses are crucial. The high nominal current rating of 500A reduces the need for device paralleling and simplifies gate driver design. These advantages enable designers to achieve higher system efficiency and enhanced power density.
