Obsolete Semiconductors
GD Rectifiers manufacture a number of flat base conversion kits used to replace obsolete flat based diodes and thyristors. Flat based devices are historically used in rotating applications and can be replaced using either a stud with the thread removed or a capsule combined with a GD Rectifiers clamp solution.
