GD Rectifiers is an official distributor for IXYS Integrated Circuits Division (formerly Clare Inc), which has been part of IXYS Corporation since 2002. IXYS Integrated Circuits Division designs and manufactures high voltage IC’s and solid state power relays for the telecommunication, security, utility metering and industrial control industries.
