IXYS manufacture an innovative range of Radio Frequency (RF) and microwave Discrete Semiconductors, including: high speed GaAs schottky diodes, MOSFET driver ICs, wireless, microwave and MMIC amplifiers and hybrid modules.

The IXYS RF range is manufactured in Fort Collins, Colorado and is used throughout high power RF industrial, medical, military, aerospace and telecommunications applications.
